This company is HORRIBLE! They are rude and the manager ****** is so disrespectful and just a disgrace. I spoke with *** regarding an issue for my AC, mind you it is hot as h*** during the summer !! She spoke very rude. She transferred me to ****** and ****** couldn't answer any of my questions!!!!
By far the worst HVAC company. Customer ********************** is horrific. If you tell them a small time slot not to show they actually go out of their way to come at that time. The girls answering the phones are rude and incompetent. The drivers don't call before arriving and look like they're on something. I strongly suggest hiring another company. Terrible
Top notch employees are very unprofessional. The tech that worked on my unit fell through the ceiling while in my attic.
