This is probably one of the worst vendor experiences we have had while living in Georgia. We had them install a new heating and air conditioning system and it was NOT installed correctly or safely. We had a gas leak from their improper installation resulting in the gas company shutting off our gas in the middle of winter. After spending almost $1000 and being literally left in the cold, another company fixed their installation mistake and fixed our leak. Come summer the AC they installed doesn't cool.
