Do not hire “top notch”. AJ, the owner has no idea what his crews are doing, is terrible at communication, and seems to spend more time hunting than working. Everything about the work that is so far done, is wrong. Including pitch of driveway, lack of compaction, illegally hiring unlicensed subcontractors, breaching original contract, and the job is behind over three months. Total nightmare contractor.
