We're all just numbers game to these rental companies. If all ppl who find themselves needing to RENT a home, had 3 times the grossly inflated rent amounts as income and a credit score of 620+, we would just BUY a home vs rent ffs. I supplied the office lady all my info, income verification that was 4k a month. We have lived in our apartment for five years. We recently began to have a lot of maintenance issues, including a major issue with the air conditioner. Every time that we have called them, they have almost every single time been here the day of or the following day. they just installed a brand new air conditioner, unit inside and out.
