Called the maintenance team for a leak on a toilet and our kitchen sink had multiple leaks. They came the very next morning and fixed the toilet and installed a brand new sink! Quick and easy. Great service and they were very nice. Quickest maintenance work we’ve ever had! Thanks
We're all just numbers game to these rental companies. If all ppl who find themselves needing to RENT a home, had 3 times the grossly inflated rent amounts as income and a credit score of 620+, we would just BUY a home vs rent ffs. I supplied the office lady all my info, income verification that was 4k a month. Told not enough and the (Kristen, Kristy?) lady unprofessionally ghosted my question of adding an additional occupant onto the application to help satisfy the income requirements.
