All I needed was an estimate for my employer who is doing a vacation rental. Gave her all the info I could. She asked to do a walk through to give a price but I need to confirm with boss etc. Politely said its "ok if you don't know." She said "WHATEVER" with attitude to me. LITTLE DID SHE KNOW I was going to call back to set up a time and talk numbers. YOU LOST OUT ON a huge cleaning account Missy! Thats why I never trust a company with a facebook website!!
Said they would meet me several weeks ago after various calls. No follow through and never heard from them again. Poor customer service and response.
