Tom delivered friendly, outstanding service and it was obvious that he genuinely cares about his craft and his customers. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to share a lot of useful information about our fireplace. In addition to the sweep, he got up on the roof and performed a thorough inspection. I recently purchased a home with a non-working fireplace, and Tom was able to give me a clear explanation of the state of my chimney and my range of options for repairs. He answered all of my questions thoughtfully and honestly. He did a thorough job, and I felt like I definitely got my money's worth for the inspection. Service was great! Tom and Bob arrived on time and got the job done quickly. Top Notch's staff is very friendly yet very professional. I would recommend them to anyone. Tom also checked my dryer vent and cleaned it out for me, and probably saved me from a house fire at some point. I hadn't thought of that but I'm sure glad he did!
