They were poorly chosen to cater my school and they provided contaminated milk and undercooked chicken. Their food is dry and tastes like plywood. DO NOT LET THEM CATER YOU, THIS IS A HEALTH HAZARD.
The food from Top Notch was anything but. The chicken was tasteless, rubbery and raw in the middle. The broccoli was yellow and stale. The roll was soggy from sitting in potatoes. It was all disgusting. Most of the boxes were trashed, not eaten. Embarrassing!!
It was a company-provided meal for the holidays. The chicken was either too old or raw. Or both. May be both.
