James did an amazing job at refreshing our carpet. Our living area was overdue after the combined efforts of our toddler, puppy, adult dog, and senior cat. James was able to bring the life back to the pile in high traffic areas + the entire carpet looks, feels, and smells clean. Booking was incredibly straightforward, the itemized services and descriptions were great. grateful to have found this business + will be a repeat customer here in SE / Mount Scott! Great job done very professionally. I had previously hired a cheaper service that I was unsatisfied with but Top Notch Carpet Cleaning got all of the odors out my carpet and I’m glad to have gone with them.
