Jerod was prompt, worked diligently on our 20year old used & abused carpet, gave helpful & informative explanations before, during and after his work. Although some stains did wick upward & faintly show again within 24hr of the water application, he returned the next week for a reasonable sum & repeated cleaning of the offending areas, including hand washing our stairs where his machine is too large to adequately access. I was not pleased with the carpet and tile cleaning. It was expensive (~$600 for 1,400 sq/ft house) and the cleaner just cleaned around things, even if they could be easily moved. I will try another company next time. I attached a picture as an example, there was a handheld toolbox on the linoleum (~20 lbs). He just went around it and didn’t move.
