We had an appointment with Top Notch to get the thermostat changed on our car. First of all, they didn't tell us they had moved their shop. Secondly, once we called and found them, the owner told us to go buy coolant. So we did. We drove up the road to Walmart, got 4 gallons of fluid, and when we got back to the car, the car wouldn't start. It took us about 30 minutes to get the stick shift to go into gear. Sharing my experience with the lift kit installation on my truck. Communication was difficult from the beginning. The initial phone interaction felt short and unprofessional, which set the tone for the overall experience. After the lift kit was installed, I immediately noticed looseness in the steering, followed by a significant alignment issue and persistent clunking and popping noises from the front suspension. Im giving them 1 star based on the customer service I had. Whoever picks up the phone to answer customer questions or inquiries should be fired or replaced(its a guy). First of all, you sound lazy and grumpy and miserable as hell answering the phone. If you don’t like your job just say that! Go tell your boss to put you somewhere else but it for sure shouldnt be on customer service. I just wanted to write this because earlier last year I stopped by your shop to discuss about getting a lift kit installed on my truck. The guy helping me said he would have to call the next day to find out if he could find something for my truck. Mind you this was on a Thursday and kind of late in the afternoon. Friday came and went with no call about the parts. The reason I'm writing this is to address customer service and nothing else. Hopefully this is fixed so no one else has to go through this.
