If you knew what a handful of people went through with Top Notch, you wouldnt consider letting these guys work on or build your dream truck. Even if the small chance nothing goes wrong, you'll still end up paying 2-3x more than most shops. Any issues that may happen, it will always be at your inconvenience (and your wallet). Outside of the business aspect, selfishness and immaturity runs rampent. No Aloha.
We had an appointment with Top Notch to get the thermostat changed on our car. First of all, they didn't tell us they had moved their shop. Secondly, once we called and found them, the owner told us to go buy coolant. So we did. We drove up the road to Walmart, got 4 gallons of fluid, and when we got back to the car, the car wouldn't start. It took us about 30 minutes to get the stick shift to go into gear. Sharing my experience with the lift kit installation on my truck. Communication was difficult from the beginning. The initial phone interaction felt short and unprofessional, which set the tone for the overall experience.
