I purchased a steering wheel that was listed as being in good condition, but what I received was clearly damaged. The item had visible defects that were not mentioned or shown in the listing. I contacted the seller immediately, providing photos and a detailed explanation, but they refused to take responsibility or offer a refund. This is very disappointing and unprofessional. I expected honest communication and a fair resolution, but unfortunately, that did not happen. I would advise caution when purchasing from this seller.

Purchased a seat with a control switch from this seller. Unfortunately, the switch stopped working after five days. When I reached out, I was told it was working at the time of sale, and no further assistance was offered. I ended up replacing it myself. Personally, I would have appreciated more support.

I purchased a seat with a control switch from this seller, but the switch started failing within just five days. When I contacted the seller, they simply said it was working when they sold it to me and offered no support. I had to replace it myself, which cost me more in the long run. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this seller.

Quick response and actually called right back, needed a bottom cushions. Perfect fit and satisfied with the price. I’ll recommend.
