after years of both my daughter and i bringing our vehicles for repair to top notch, allowing the owner of this auto repair shop believe he could simply treat us in a nasty manner, with his constant rudeness and sarcasm, yesterday, January 2, 2014, with temperatures not reaching 3 degrees and wind feeling like -18, i walked out of his shop, never to return, after driving in treacherous weather, frozen from the cold, and finally coming face to face with the reality of how cruel people can be. strangely enough, i have referred... read more
Very rude!!!!!!!!!!!! Never make a customer think otherwise!!!! Always treat your customers with care and make them feel comfort with the work their gonna do!! Not this place! Never again no wonder they dont even have 4 stars
nasty, rude, horrendous service. brought in half axle from ford ranger to get u-joint pressed in. 4 minute job, $13 part charged $99 + barrage of insults. should have gone to harbor fright and bought the tools to do it myself. need service look elsewhere.
Top Notch was recommended by my neighbor when I moved into town and I have not been disappointed. Tom has continually given my wife and I the best auto care for the lowest cost and never tries to oversell anyone. I highly recommend this garage.
