They are unprofessional and rude I just got there today and there are no parking spots so I parked just in front were 2 other cars were parked and he came in and was getting loud with me saying can I park like a normal person not to mention but when I called them they were rude on the phone to treat a person that's giving you money to do something that is not the right way to treat people in anyway I am giving you my money so don't disrespect me never going back
They were suppose to run a diagnostic on my car and fix whatever needed fixed and they didn't we took our car to another shop 1 days after we got it back and found out nothing was fixed I wouldn't recommend top notch to anyone
Car made a loud pop and developed a squeaking noise during a 7 hour road trip to the area. Top Notch got my car in, diagnosed, and fixed within a day of our arrival. They were honest, transparent, and the price was more than fair. Issue was a broken bolt on a bracket leading to rubbing during acceleration or bumps. Paid $75 and it was fixed within a few hours of drop off.
The best auto shop around, I couldn’t recommend them enough! I’ve taken my vehicle here multiple times, for many different reasons and have always been satisfied with their work. They’re quick, flexible and their prices are extremely reasonable! Bill has always been great to work with, he’s honest and truly goes above and beyond!
This is my go-to place for automotive repairs. Prices are fair and I trust the owner.
