I would highly recommend Top Notch for appliance repair. They were very friendly when I called and called back with a quote. They came on time and repaired my refrigerator.
Had “top notch”repairman come to our house three times to work on dishwasher that wasn’t working. After first time dishwasher began flooding. Came two more times and was unable to fix the problem. Called again to have them come out to fix it. They closed out our ticket and said they could not reopen it and redirected us to Lowes to restart the process and were rude over the phone. Horrible service and employees that don’t understand how to fix what their supposed too.

Fast service, had an appointment in two days. Fixed the issue, didn't try and sell me unnecessary parts.
Please explain to me by tomorrow the situation, why your technician behaved rudely and threatened to withhold all future service. The unit that was electrically identical to when I bought it.
