Big expensive company came and told us the issue we were having was a $500. Motor we needed to replace. Josh came and found out it was just a micro switch that was "shorting out." That part was $30. He replaced it and we had no further issues. Excellent service, professional and above all honest! Give him a call you won't be sorry.

I cannot sing enough praises about this company and the service I received! They truly deserve to have the name 'Top Notch' as that is EXACTLY what kind of service I received! We used Top Notch Air for some maintenance and a replacement of HVAC system. Josh was very informative and honest about the work that needed to be done. At the end of the day we are very pleased with the work and the profession/punctual/honest experience we had. Would highly recommend.
While we did not have an emergency, Josh fit us into his schedule the same day I called to get our AC working again. He came back a few days later to check our other system, made sure it was working properly and replaced the thermostat, doing a great job. I highly recommend Top Notch Air, LLC.
