Top Nails is not what it used to be ! The place is very cluttered and DIRTY ! Has ownership changed ? I showed up for my 4:30 appointment and had to wait 20 Mins for a manicure
Giving one star is generous. I showed up at 10am for my appointment and door was locked. No one in sight. Very unprofessional behavior. Will not go back here ever again.
Very bad experience. Had an appointment at 10 am . I went at time and they were still closed , they opened at 10:20 and the person who was supposed to do my nails wasn't there yet . If you wanna be lazy please don't waste people's time and give appointments just to make money . Be professional or go close your salon !!
