I’m happy with the nail tech I go to but disappointed with the owner’s way of handling shortcomings on their end. I requested shade 429 and had a picture of it cause I had sent it to a friend. First coat went onto the pinky to ensure the colour was ok and I proceeded because as always, the real shade doesn’t show until the full 2 coats are on. Paid over $100 for my nails to point upwards. By far the worst nails I’ve ever gotten. It took them 2 hours to do. The design was nice but defeats the purpose when you have nails that point upwards. Like why? How? Another thing is they didn’t clean my cuticles or put critical oil on like every other place I’ve been to does. Definitely won’t be returning. I feel like I got robbed. Do not recommend going here.
