I’ve come here a few times, it’s never been great- Though the last time I came was when I decided I’d never return. I’ve gotten one specific lady twice. The first time she cut a chunk of my thumb off. And proceeded to do my nails while I was dripping blood. The chemicals burned though she carried on. The next time I got her she stabbed under my nail with a plastic nail tip trying to pry off the acrylic causing it to bleed again. WORST SERVICE EVER . I went there with my wife for pedicure , we are going to top nails since it’s opened. We always had really good experience but today they did not pay attention to our service and just passed time like doing nothing . I am so disappointed that today they cut my wife skin and then on the other toe left it without touching . I knew they had what I was asking for because I did my research and looked at their pictures online and they still tell me they don’t have straight tips or ANY nude Nail polish for French tips? Absolute lie about the nude nail polish when before I walked out, I made sure to see if there were any other people in that salon with French tips and they had the right nude I was asking for.
