I came here a couple of times, always leave a good tip. The last time i was here they did a terrible job on my nails and i there over 3 hours. They can’t properly do a French manicure. My nails were horrible. And they destroyed my nails. Really thin from drilling instead of properly soaking them. I can go on and on. When you speak up for yourself they get upset instead of apologizing and trying to fix the situation. My husband and I received singature pedicures from Jack and Helen and our feet have never felt better. Jack took the time to walk us through the service menu which I have never received from any other nail salon. We're super impressed and plan on making Top Nails our new go-to nail spot!
Very disappointing experience. My mother-in-law was given the wrong no-chip color, and when she questioned it, they wanted to charge her to remove it. I opted for regular polish due to an allergy but felt pressured to upgrade to no-chip. The pedicure technician was rough and unfriendly, and the massage chair actually left me with back pain for days. Overall, the service was poor, and I left feeling frustrated rather than relaxed. I will not be returning.

They are always incredibly nice and welcoming here. My daughter came with me to get her nails done for her birthday and they came out wonderful. We love coming to get our nails done here.
