Made an appointment on Monday when calling no one ask for a return number however, when I got to my appointment, the nail lady had left already I asked the owner why did they not contact me and she said oh we not have your number. This is not a very professional way to handle customers or expect to get a good rating
I am only doing natural manicures and pedicures. Should be easy. Nice space, comfortable chairs, decent prices Great location. however disappointed in shaping of my toenails and fingernails. Should have been easy for a true professional. Seemed like no matter what I asked the answer was, OK. I gave up. Nice technician but unable to get my request across. Will not go back. I usually go every 3 weeks and will keep on looking.
