Ive been here a few times & never had any issues. The last time I went: the lady was very rude. Not following instructions as to how I wanted my nails, made 2 of my fingers bleed from the drill, and was VERY unapologetic about it. I went in today with the intentions of having someone else do them. When she noticed it was me, she denied me AND my mom service because I complained the last time. Top Nails In Roseville Michigan on Gratiot Ave, Is very unprofessional. Their work was not satisfactory... I felt they purposely skip the steps to complete my Manicure and Pedicure, Since I received this treatment from both Techs. When it was brought to their attention they began to act like they don't know what I was talking about or don't understand English.
