I am so disappointed. I have been going to this location for 4 years. I no longer live close so I drive 40 min to get here. This time I drove with the purpose of splurging on a lavender pedicure ($42). I called ahead and no one even asked my name for the appointment. When I arrived I say in a pedicure chair for 10 minutes then one of the owners simply picked a pedicure scent and dumped it in the water. Without even asking. Worst salon I've ever been too!!! After waiting 30 minutes to be waited on they took 3 customers ahead of me who came in way after then the lady commented on me pregnant and said I knew you were having a boy cause if it was a girl you'd have better skin. Then about two hours later 2 nails already broke followed by a third later that day. I've never had my nails done so poorly with such poor service and to top it off the lady was arguing with someone on her cell phone while doing my nails. Never again!!!!

This place had the worst service I've ever received. When I went in for eye brow waxing the lady was clearly not trained and now both of my eyes are swollen, I can barely open them.

Where do I start...I went there after a recommendation. First of all it was well over 92 degrees in the salon with no A/C, the workers are too serious and make it a point not to talk to you. There is a huge sign in front of the pedicure section that reads that they open new packages of nail supplies due to cleanliness- the guy tried using used ones on me and I asked him to get a new package.
