Definitely the worse service i’ve received in midland, this was the second salon i walked into and turned away within the span of an hour because they were “too busy” . i’m typically a person who doesn’t mind waiting when i want a service done but to not even be offered to wait or come back but simply just turned away bc they were “too busy” is ridiculous and unprofessional

I walked into the nail salon today, not in the best mood, I was so upset. I asked for a pedicure, the lady that did mine was so so kind. She really went out of her way to make sure I had a great experience and left out of there smiling. I even got a free cuticle oil (not sure if that’s how they usually do it) and she even moved me to a low back chair to give me a back massage. I left there feeling so good and a lot better than when I walked into, bless her and top nail. My total was after my $20 dollar tip.

We showed up for a pedicure as they were leaving due to being uncharacteristically slow. We were perfectly willing to come back the next day as we were actually discussing doing just that prior to arriving. They insisted we come in and attended to us with the utmost care and the same quality of treatment we always receive, if not more so. More people need to visit the people at Top Nail. They provide wonderful service in a place that is roomy and does not feel like you're going to get a contact high from the chemicals. They ... read more
