After some heavy rain, our basement carpets got soaked. I called for carpet cleaning help and the team was extremely helpful and got us scheduled quickly for water extraction and cleaning. They also gave us good advice on how to prevent future water problems. Our technician, Brian, was very professional, friendly, and explained everything he was doing. He did a careful and thorough job cleaning our carpets. We are very happy we chose this company and would definitely recommend them for carpet cleaning needs!
