Brian was very friendly from the start and sent a text before arriving. He inspected the carpet first, confirmed which rooms and areas needed cleaning, and explained the pre-treatment and steam cleaning process in simple terms. A friend recommended this carpet cleaning service, so I scheduled a visit to deep clean 3 carpeted rooms at my aunt’s home.
