Prior to the sale of the business to Top Modern, I paid Westworld Air for a maintenance contract that would include three visits, starting in January 2025. Westworld Air is still contracted to perform two. Top Modern Construction/Homes purchased Westworld Air, a Gig Harbor heating and cooling business, from Bo Westlund in September 2025, including the existing maintenance contracts. I had a remodel job for my house and I was referred by a friend of TMH. Mark came over was very professional and very transparent on what he was doing. He immediately came up with great suggestions and I was very happy with the turn out. New kitchen, new bathrooms, new flooring and interior walls with paint!
