Outstanding service and very professional carpet care. Our puppy had practically ruined our brand-new carpet, and we were worried it was beyond saving. We called for carpet cleaning, and they gave us a very reasonable quote. The team arrived right on schedule, even a little early to get set up, and Bradley was courteous, polite, and easy to work with. jonah and bradley were very friendly and professional. they did a great job on the rug and the overall carpet cleaning service turned out really well. jonah also shared a few helpful tips on how i could help the rug dry faster and keep the fibers looking fresh after the cleaning. the team arrived prepared, worked carefully, and left the area looking much cleaner and refreshed. one suggestion is to offer a shorter arrival window, such as noon to four or even noon to three, instead of noon to six. a smaller service window woul... read more

from the first email asking for a quote, i was really impressed with the quick response and professional service from top memphis carpet cleaners. their pricing for carpet cleaning was better than the other companies i contacted, and i was able to reach jonah right away to set up a time that fit our schedule. he was friendly, easy to work with, and very flexible with our timing. a day or two before the appointment, we realized we also needed our hardwood and tile floors cleaned along with the carpets. that was no problem at ... read more

What can I say about Top Memphis Carpet Cleaners? Amazing. I called around 1pm after another carpet cleaning service did not show up, and Bradley was able to help right away. He gave me a very fair quote, listened to my situation, and worked me into the schedule the same day. He said he could be at my home around 3:30, and he even arrived a few minutes early, which I really appreciated. The carpet cleaning took about an hour and a half, and the results were excellent. The carpets looked fresh, bright, and deeply cleaned, and... read more

Wow! bradley arrived right on time, gave a very pleasant introduction, and got straight to work on our heavily soiled white carpet, blue carpet, and sofa. Top Memphis Carpet Cleaners did a great job, and everything looked fresh and clean when the work was done. As promised, he followed up the next day to make sure we were happy with the carpet cleaning service. There were still two deeply soiled spots that needed a little extra treatment, and he got back to us quickly and set up a follow-up visit. again, he was on time, work... read more
