Mark arrived exactly on time and even called 30 minutes out. He inspected our hot water heater, boiler and garage heater. Very pleasant. I will 100% call them in the future.
Mark just came and installed a water softener in our home. We will definitely be using Top Mechanical for our future needs... Their quote was well below competitor's, and when he came to install the water softener, he said the one he'd quoted us on was not in stock, so he upgraded us at no extra charge. And this is a small thing, but I appreciated the thoroughness--he educated us a little bit on the types of salt you can buy, letting us know that if anyone in our family suffers from high blood pressure, we can spend a little... read more
