we called for help with a stubborn pet odor in our carpet that regular cleaning just couldn't fix. eddie responded quickly and did a careful black light inspection to find all the pet spots. that was really surprising to see! eddie and his partner worked hard to treat the problem areas and clean the whole carpet. they were professional, friendly, and very polite. now the carpet looks fantastic, the odor is completely gone, and i'm very happy with the results.
We have had our carpets cleaned many times over the years, and they always do a fantastic job. Eddie is friendly, careful, and really knows a lot about carpet cleaning.
