They did a great job cleaning our carpet, and the whole service felt professional from start to finish. The phone estimate was a little different from the final price, but Wayne was very fair and worked with us to keep it close to the original quote. A couple of small closet areas were missed, likely because one door was closed and another closet was tucked inside the bathroom, but it was not a major issue. I had my carpet picked up on April 8th,2026 a month later still waiting for my carpet i call at least 7 times, finally someone call me back to tell me that they were sorry that my 2 thousand dollar carpet was ruined that their machine was not for my carpet. They said we will replace it i sent them the link to get my again. That was on May 15th 2026 im still waiting for my carpet and now they areNOT ANSWER MY CALLS. Today date is 6/2/2026 and not Answer or explanation.
We brought our wool area rug to Top Lynn Carpet Cleaners for a deep cleaning and repair after years of heavy wear. Great customer service and excellent carpet cleaning results. As a first-time customer, I called after another carpet cleaning service had to cancel because of the weather. I had already moved the furniture and really did not want to go through that again or wait to reschedule. I explained the situation to Wayne, and they worked hard to fit me in the same day within about two hours, which was a huge help. Jerry and his team did an amazing job cleaning my carpet, which had heavy pet stains and odors. They brought it back to looking and smelling like new—definitely worth the cost! The pickup and delivery crew were also very helpful, sharing great advice about rug care, the best types of padding, and tips for dealing with small stains until the next big cleaning.
