The lady that works there is very knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent. The website is silly. They make it work to pay the bill. But the onsite lady makes up for the website. Just go there and talk to her. I figure someone will outbid toplock for her services soon enough. She's very good at the job. I'm using toplock rather than build a building.
Unbelievably excellent customer service by Trisha!!! She answered all my questions and from beginning to my renting my new unit, took only 24 hours!!! No contact, no hoopla, just exactly what I needed at an awesome price!!! The unit was clean and no bugs or spiders!!! I was very satisfied when I rolled up the door for the first time. One of the best rentals i have had. They are friendly and very customer orientated, They have the lowest priced units i could find in Lugoff and multiple surrounding cities. They also provide clean , safe, 24 hour accessible , totally camera surveillanced rental units . I highly recommend Top Lock Storage!
