I got a storage unit on Saturday and no one could answer the phone to give me the gate code. I had to go buy a whole other Storage unit I think it’s ridiculous that the manager has a phone number up there and never call no one back. I hope I can get a refund because I think it’s pretty shitty that they take your money online but yet don’t give you a gate code y’all need to do better as managers and a business if you’re going to take peoples money at least give them the gate code.
This was the ABSOLUTE worst experience ever. 0/10 DO NOT COME HERE EVER. They are unprofessional it’s 24 hours but nobody is on call, they don’t give you your code right after you purchase the unit. Just don’t waste your money.
