Jake is a great guy — transparent and upfront about costs, with very reasonable pricing. He clearly explains the work being done and provides evidence of what’s been completed, which gave me a lot of confidence in the job. I probably shouldn’t say this because it’s not something to expect, but when the jockey wheel fell off my trailer, he welded it back on free of charge, which I really appreciated.
