Should be called Bottom Line Tint and Audio. Scratches on all the tint I had installed. I moved out of state so can't even have it redone. They said I had to come in for a quote, but all the prices are listed on a board in the store. Then, the front desk was rude about me asking about the options. Oh, and they charge a 2.5% waste fee. Unfortunate because they are the only carriers of Llumar in the area that I could find. Terrible customer service. Very rude. I brought in truck for tint. They said a few hours. 1 hour 45 mins later, they hadn't even started. I couldn't even get someone to come to the front desk to talk to me. Called them 5 times & no answer. Just wanted an estimate. Absolutely pathetic.
