I signed up for the pass over a month ago. I've called and sent text messages because the voicemail says the number is text friendly but haven't gotten one response. I'm a business owner of a very lucrative company and this is awful business. I'm never one to pull the race card, but something definitely isn't adding up. I have all of the phone records and text to prove it. I doubt this is a coincidence..
