Ill give this company zero starts but the minimum is one, and here is the reason why. Back in April 2023 we bought granite countertops and a series of items rounding $6,000 dollars. we never got the items delivered neither installed. Reached the company nobody called back. We found out the company filed for bankruptcy a year ago. The part that is more frustrating here is that they were still open making sales to customers who they knew they were not going to be able to deliver or install their items. Recently installed Carrara Gold Quartz countertop. The workmanship from Design to installation was amazing! Our sales person Maicon was great to work with. The installers were extremely detailed. We then added mirror glass wave backsplash with designer Marcia. She actually came by on first day to make sure backsplash was what we agreed on. I purchased a very expensive quartz from them a few months ago. I chose quartz over granite because I was told it was stronger. I live alone and do not cook yet my countertop is completely covered with scratches and chips. The quality they deliver is bottom of the line. They do not stand behind their products or workmanship. They told me that there's nothing they can do and offered me 20% off a new slab. Buyer beware.... there are too many other reputable fabricators in the area. I’ve always liked top line granite although I am very disappointed today to learn that they Will not sell you just a shower bench seat unless you buy a minimum of 30 sf.
Excellent service and professional templating and installation. I trust them with my company's business and appreciate the reliability.
