We were so happy with the work that Topline furniture did on our bathroom, that a year later we decided that the kitchen would benefit from a makeover. We engaged Topline via our builder to construct joinery for our kitchen and laundry, among other spaces within our home. The total contract value exceeded $170,000. When the contract with our builder ended prematurely, despite having been paid 95% of the fee for the work, Topline showed extreme reluctance to contract with us directly for the small remaining part of the project, even going as far to cancel the existing orders we had in place for stone bench tops etc without even giving the courtesy of a phone call.
