We had a main floor renovation completed by TLC in early 2026. This included taking down a wall, kitchen Reno, bathroom Reno, hardwood, painting and all trims. Top Level Construction installed an egress window for me several years ago. It may not have been the most glamorous renovation, but it was completed properly, at a fair price, and with excellent communication throughout the process. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and the finished product has held up great over time. Since then, I've followed many of their other projects, and the quality of their work is consistently impressive. I continue to recommend Top Level Construction whenever I have the opportunity.

Thank you Top Level Construction for your professionalism and excellent work on our bathroom. Every single person that entered our home were so lovely and respectful. The attention to detail, did not go unnoticed. They had great communication on who was coming and going, and any updates with cost, so there was no sticker shocks. All in all, I would 100% recommend Top Level and will use them again in the future.

They are professional and hold all of their sub trades to the same high standards that they hold them selves too. Great experience with the team! Each of the folks that came in throughout the project were thorough and took there time to update us on the process. Especially Sam and Chase, who did a fantastic job on a custom shower install. Would certainly recommend!
