Bad business practices. Proof of vehicle damage caused by their unsafe load. Owner notified to no avail.

Unsafe vehicles. If you see these trucks watch out. I found out the hard and expensive way, the drivers don’t ensure their trucks are safe. The cover was flapping around and a massive rock came flying out and smashed my windshield. Bigger than a baseball! I immediately called the number to report it as I have picture to prove the cover was not secure. I was told there is no rocks in the truck and it must have from the road when 3 people saw it come from the cover. I gave them the opportunity to do that right thing. Which the... read more

Extremely terrible service for a few reasons. 1. After agreeing on price and work, there was little to no communication about when the start or completion and the person I worked directly with from this company would never answer calls or texts. I would reach out every 1-2 days and receive a response once a week. 2. Part of the price, the company offered a final grade certificate. They asked me to pay before the final grade certificate came in which I found strange to begin with. Once I paid, I reached out a month later rega... read more
