Top Notch really does provide Top Notch service! We’ve been a customer for over three years now and have appreciated the timeliness and attention to detail we have received.
Really awful experience with the home remodeling branch of this company. Changed materials without approval. When I brought it to their attention, Mike was rude and threatening on the phone. Mentioned his friend at the FBI. Eventually did replace the flooring material with something closer to what we had agreed on, but then they skipped on other parts of the job that weren’t discovered for some time.
