A great bunch of blokes that currently work and have worked for Ryan over the years. We have been using Top Knotch in our laundromat sites and at home. Very reliable, approachable, excellent service, problems fixed quickly and professionally. Highly recommend Top Knotch Plumbing for home or business.
Helped with our water leak including the water leak detection service. Prompt service and excellent staff.
Be careful of this business, as they aren't clear on quotes for any additional pricing. They won't explain it to the customer, and communication around quotes are poor. Very unprofessional bunch.
Very disappointed in Ryan. I'm not a person who leaves reviews, but the way they handled our situation was very disappointing. I tried to understand a significant price increase on a quote to dig an extra 4m while the machine would've been on site and digging there anyway. They spat the dummy and told us they'll withdraw their quote, which they have every right too ofcourse, but I was simply trying to understand how come it's nearly an extra 33% of the original quoted price.
