Absolutely fantastic service! They responded incredibly quickly to an emergency toilet repair at my business premises and had everything sorted fast and professionally. The entire system was replaced with zero downtime for staff, which was a huge relief. Reliable, efficient, and clearly very experienced — I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
Arrived a day before schedule to attend to nuusance jobs - fixed water leak from cistern to floor, replace faulty taps and water filter. I was so pleased they took the job and with their fast work.
Ryan and his team have been looking after our 24/7 food manufacturing site for few years now. Always on time, work is completed to a high standard. Had a problem with sewer pump 02.01.26. Phoned Top Knotch at 7am. Scott came within 1.5 hours. The pump needed to be replaced. It was hard to get because of the time of year everyone closed. Had to wait for supply but as soon as it was available Scott fitted in the installation ASAP. I have used Top Knotch many times over 15 years and always found the staff pleasant and reliable.
Very happy! They do all our plumbing work now.
