My daughter said I looked like an old person! I had my hair bleached all over the top, with the ends left brassy and some lowlights added here and there. I clearly explained what I wanted and even brought a photo as a reference, but it didn’t seem to matter. The worst part was that after 2-3 weeks, all the lowlights washed out completely. I love this salon! Everyone is nice & welcoming. Kristina is an exceptional stylist & person. She is very knowledge so trusting her with my hair was easy. I totally recommend her because I leave the salon satisfied every time I visit! Also, the work that I have seen the other stylists do is stunning.

I scheduled two appointments. The first appointment i received a phone call a day prior that its canceled. So i reschedule 1 1/2 hours prior to my appointment I receive a call and its canceled. This is after I stressed how much I needed this appointment. Kristi didnt even put in effort with asking or looking for any availability for today, I had to ask her then I was placed on hold. I went to Top Knotch Salon for the first time to get highlights, and Erin took care of my hair—I loved the result! My hair turned out a beautiful blonde color, and with her treatment, it became incredibly soft and shiny. I definitely recommend this salon!
