Victim of thinning shears, i have naturally thick hair and somehow walked out with uneven, thin, and overly damaged hair. Highlights are super uneven and I ended up having to cut it shorter to fix it after specifically saying I was trying to keep the length. Stylist kept having to ask another stylist questions throughout our session and had clearly just come out of training.
