I went here with a group of guys for a birthday party. We had an awesome experience! Staff were great and very friendly. They are also quite understanding and patient when accidents and spin outs occurred. The only thing I will say is take your phone out of your pocket before racing! My phone was in my pocket during the race and got damaged from being crushed against the side of the go kart seat. Not at all anyone’s fault but mine though! Other than that, it was a 10/10 experience.

I asked a staff member where I could get a helmet, and she responded with a rude, dismissive attitude, saying, “Just go there.” What made it worse was that she was polite and friendly with other customers but treated me differently. Her behavior was disrespectful and racist. I am extremely disappointed by this experience and will never visit this place again.
