I’m very happy with the work done by Top Iconic Contractors! They did a full bathroom renovation — including demolition, leveling and preparing the walls for new tiles, updating plumbing , electrical, replaced with the new light fixtures. Upgraded the living room, sanded and refinished the floors, replaced with the new base boarders. The vintage kitchen countertop and cabinets were replaced with a modern design. I had an outstanding experience with Evgenii. The team was professional, communicated clearly, and delivered exactly what they promised on time and within budget. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were excellent, and they kept the worksite clean throughout the project. Great job!!!! It was my first experience in renovation in USA.Contractors were attentive to EVERY detail, every little thing so much so that this is not just a renovation, this is a real piece of jewelry work.All appliances were installed.
