michelle was very responsive with my questions and quick to set up a time to come inspect the floors and give an estimate. I had my tile flooring and an area rug professionally cleaned, and with two dogs there was plenty of hair, sand, and everyday buildup to deal with. The cleaning team did a great job on the rug, and it came back soft, fresh, and fluffy again.
