My experience with Top Homes Construction has been excellent. From the beginning of making structural plans to completion of the addition to my home, every step was done professionally and efficiently. The workmanship of this company is high quality. Alex Jr and Alex Sr communicate quickly and treat the customer with caring and respect. They take pride in their work and it shows. Every step in the building process is done on time and done to the customer's satisfaction. So happy to have found this excellent company.
We had an all-seasons room added on to our house using the existing footprint of our screened in porch and outside patio. Work started in mid-March and was completed by mid-May. This was pretty close to the 6-8 weeks they estimated. Construction could have been completed earlier were it not for typical delays waiting on the building inspector. This is an awesome Company and great customer service.
Top Homes Construction, Alex Senior & Junior are great to work with. They worked with us to bring our vision to reality. Job consisted of removal of existing vinyl windows and installation of new thermal pane glass windows in our enclosed sunroom. The contractors they used did a great job. Job was completed in a timely manner too.
