We are very happy with the renovation of our family condo. We were nervous about the project being long distance from us, but Alex Jr. kept us well informed including many video calls so we could see the work being done. Top Homes gave us great suggestions on some difficult areas of the renovation. They really care about the quality of their work and always made sure we were satisfied. We highly recommend Top Homes. We felt like we were treated like family by this family owned business!

We wanted to have an office built with lots of windows. We looked at various companies and looked at reviews. We also didn’t have the greatest experience with past contractors, so we did our due diligence. We went with Top Homes Construction and we are extremely happy. The project was completed in a timely fashion, and the framers, painters, floor installers, concrete work, siders, and roofers are top notch. We are also pleased with the communication. Highly recommended!
Had a renovation of my porch and am thrilled with the finished product. Top Homes as great to deal with, quick response to all your questions, and a beautiful finished project!
I have been very happy with the build and the completeness with no unexpected surprises. At the completion the addition looks like it has been part of the house since new. Does not have a patchwork look like some additions do. Very well done. It was a complete 250sqft addition.
