This company went above and beyond helping us with our appliances. We bought a house in Marin county and we had 4 broken units. Two Sub-Zero Refrigerators repair was needed. Wolf Oven and Thermador Range. Harley the technician came by and he knew immediately what was wrong with all the units. We were able to correct all the issues withing a weeks time. Great bunch of folks.
This company stated a day for an appointment and stated they would call the previous day to confirm a time window. No call, no show. They called a day later, asking if appliance still needed repair, but denied knowledge of ever having made appointment. Who knows if they can fix anything? They don't understand calendars, that's for sure. Update: after I posted the above, the company contacted me to apologize and try to explain why and how their contact personnel didn't seem to know how to work with a calendar. The receptionist is terrible when I call to aske if they do appliance repairs at home she said we only do at home repairs and if ask her a cuestión all she says aha aha aha, like she's chewing a gum. She needs to learn more customer manners.
Great jog doing repairs for us! They fixed our stove fast and at really reasonable price!
