We hired Top Hits for our wedding which was cancelled and moved due to covid. We spoke to Robert the Owner and were promised that we were put on a refund list and than he just ghosted us. Robert has ignored all calls and e-mails from us. They are very unprofessional.

Whatever you do, DO NOT use this company. If I could give 0 stars I would. Please read until the end. The only reason they get a star is because of the tent. Everything else was horrific. Had a tent put up in my backyard. When they came to remove it (2 days after they were supposed to) I come home to a disaster. Every single zip tie they used to attach sides to the tent was clipped and left on my lawn. There was around 75 clips across my entire yard. Glad my dog didn’t start trying to eat them. Do not book this company. He was a no show for a surprise birthday party. Took money and ran. Will not respond back to any messages and will not answer calls. Voicemail Mailbox is full. Rob will scan you out of money!!! Do not trust him or the company.
He didn’t show up for my daughters sweet 16 and has my money and will not return calls, texts and emails. Do not use Rob!
