Our water heater furnace was tripping off every few days. Contacted Top Heating and cooling through Yelp late in the night. Mark had responded early in the morning and asked the relevant questions and came over to take look on the same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the broken burner in just a few days. I would very much recommend them.
My beloved AC died on Monday, the hottest recorded day in Seattle history. I searched google and put out an automated request for quotes. Top Heating and Cooling replied to me online within 2 hours and we set up an appointment for today, 5 days later relative to 3 weeks being offered by other repair places. The repairman called to say he could come an hr early and had my AC fixed in 30 minutes. Easy real-time online invoice. Highly recommend!
Mark was able to fix our blower much faster than anyone else! Him and his staff was friendly and on time.
Service was fast, and excellent. Honestly, this was as "no-frills" as you can get. I needed a water heater replaced, I was given a quote, the service was done exactly as requested. - The new water heater was installed better than before, and with some additional padding to prevent movement. They even put my standalone moisture alarm back in the same place where I had it.
