Rude staff, uninterested doctors, poor communication, lack of care all round. My advice is to go elsewhere.

Reception staff are rude, its often impossible to book an appointment online and they hardly answer the phone or emails. The doctors don't speak english well and rush you out the door. ..make another appointment, not telehealth either.. not a good quality health care provider at all unfortunately. It has really gone downhill.

Possibly the worst doctor I've ever had the displeasure of seeing. Visited this practice looking a a new GP to help manage my chronic pain and connective tissue disorder. Was told by the doctor that she doesn't prescribe opiates and wouldnt prescribe my regular medication which is a non additive ssri for nerve pain. She said that I'm too young to have a chronic pain condition despite having multiple scans that show my bones are literally not in the correct position and trapping my nerves. Abysmal service. I was on hold for 20 minutes, and the moment the clock ticked over to 5pm they cut me off with a recorded message saying the clinic was closed. Completely unacceptable.
