Abysmal service. I was on hold for 20 minutes, and the moment the clock ticked over to 5pm they cut me off with a recorded message saying the clinic was closed. Completely unacceptable.
Been a patient with this practice for about 6-7 years and recently had some chest xrays done. I got a message from them that the results were back and the doctor wanted to go over the results. So naturally I book an appointment, using the website and booking it under " x ray results " . In the past any follow up appointments have been bulk billed, so was a bit surprised to see the charge come up on my card .
