Do not Use... – I called Top Hat & Tails to clean my chimney & the receptionsist told me it would be either $85.00 or $95.00, depending on the work...I agreed to an appointment. The workers came out to clean my chimney & when complete they asked for $180.00...Oh,l and by the way, can you make the check out to cash. Obviously I told them to get bent... I gave the company the benefit of the doubt thinking it may have been a rogue employee...But I made 3 calls into this company to discuss my experience & no one bothered to call... read more
