Mark was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Easy to understand and we are very pleased with his work. He inspected and cleaned our fireplace that hasn’t been serviced in at least 30 years. He also tightened the outside cap and provided options down the road when it’s time to replace it. Definitely recommend Mark for your chimney and fireplace needs. Glad I now have a guy I can call on in the future. Thank you Mark!
We have used Top Hat and Tails seasonally for three years now. Mark is prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. Just what you want when having a firebox and chimney cleaned. He also does great work on gutters.
Mark is a fantastic individual, extremely helpful. I tried to pay him for a full sweep as a courtesy for removing a couple dead critters but he wouldn't accept it and only charged me for an inspection.
Mark was wonderful, we had just bought the house and weren't sure about the state of the chimney. He found it to be very clean already and charged us less because he didn't need to do a full clean. Spent time teaching me how to use the flue vent, and fixed some exterior flashing. He communicated well and showed up as scheduled. We will use him again!
Came and put a chimney cap on for us a couple years ago . He did a wonderful job I highly recommend
